Step 2 of 5

About how big is the building?

Takes under a minute. No obligation.

Rather just talk it through?

Leave your number. We'll call you to go over your building, your schedule and what your current cleaner is missing.

No sales script. A real conversation about the work you need.

What property managers tell us

When the cleaner slips in a multi-tenant building, the complaints don't go to the cleaner. They go to you.

  • Tenants email you first

A dirty lobby or a restroom out of paper becomes your problem before lunch.

  • Common areas look tired

Smudged glass, dusty elevator panels and scuffed hallways make the building feel older than it is.

  • You can't verify the work

You manage the building from off site, and there is no way to know if the crew came.

  • Showings catch you off guard

A prospective tenant tours on the one morning the lobby was skipped.

Cleaning for multi-tenant buildings in Middlesex County

In a single-tenant office, a missed night is an annoyance. In a multi-tenant building it’s a string of emails, a tenant who mentions it at renewal, and a lobby that makes the whole property look worse than it is.

We clean medium-sized multi-tenant buildings across Woburn, Burlington, Wilmington, Stoneham, Reading, Winchester, Lexington, Medford and Somerville. We start with the spaces every tenant shares, and we give you something most building cleaners don’t: proof. A text when the crew arrives, a text when they leave, and an owner who walks the building several times a week.

Common areas carry the building

Tenants judge a building by the first thirty seconds: the entrance glass, the lobby floor, the elevator panel and the restroom closest to their suite. Those areas get the most traffic and the least ownership, which is why they slip first. Our checklist puts them first.

What property managers ask us for

  • Verification. Arrival and departure texts so you can manage from off site with confidence.
  • One point of contact. You call the owner, not a call center.
  • Flexibility. Common areas only, or common areas plus suites, billed the way that works for your leases.
  • Terms that match your risk. Month to month, so a vendor problem never becomes a year-long problem.

Switching building cleaners

We schedule the walkthrough, write the checklist with you, and set the first night for the day your current service ends. Tenants notice the difference; they don’t notice the switch.

Multi-tenant building cleaning questions

Do you clean tenant suites as well as common areas?

Yes. We can clean common areas only, or common areas plus tenant suites, billed to the building or directly to tenants.

How do I know the crew came if I manage from off site?

You get a text when the crew arrives and another when they leave and lock up. The owner also walks the building several times a week.

Can you prep for a tenant showing?

Yes. Tell us about a showing or an inspection and we will make sure the common areas are ready.

Will it be the same crew every time?

Yes. The same crew learns the building, its access procedures and its trouble spots.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We work month to month. If we stop earning your business, you can leave without an early exit fee.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes. Supplies are included in one flat monthly price. Green cleaning products are available on request.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are insured and bonded, and our crews are OSHA-trained.
